Due to the nature of homemade confections and personal care products, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact L’Herbier de Lay within 5-7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or store credit discount.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened items cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.
